H-IRB-500 Horizontal Balancing Machine is designed for balancing large, heavy-duty workpieces such as rotors, turbines, and fans. It can balance rotors weighing up to 500 kg with a maximum rotor diameter of 1100 mm, making it suitable for the most demanding industrial applications.

The machine comes equipped with a Belt Drive Unit as standard and features a 7.5 kW motor for powerful and accurate balancing. The balancing program runs on a licensed Windows system, offering easy operation and tolerance calculations according to ISO 1940 standards. No re-calibration is necessary between different rotor types, allowing for efficient and streamlined balancing operations.

Our expert team provides installation, training, and calibration, and each machine is delivered with CE certification. For specific workpiece requirements, an optional drill unit can be added, providing even more versatility in balancing tasks.
