H-IRB-300 Horizontal Balancing Machine is built to handle the static and dynamic balancing of large, heavy-duty workpieces such as rotors, turbines, and fans. This model supports rotors up to 300 kg with a maximum rotor diameter of 800 mm, making it suitable for balancing very large industrial components.

It comes equipped with a Shaft Drive Unit (optional) or Belt Drive Unit as standard, and its 5.5 kW motor ensures precise balancing and powerful operation. The balancing program operates on a licensed Windows system, which allows for easy operation and accurate tolerance calculations in accordance with ISO 1940 standards. No re-calibration is needed between different rotor types.

Our expert team provides training, installation, and calibration, and the machine comes with CE certification. An optional drill unit can also be added based on specific workpiece requirements, offering flexibility for various balancing tasks.
