H-IHB-1 Horizontal Balancing Machine is designed for precise static and dynamic balancing of heavy-duty industrial components such as large rotors, turbines, and fans. This model supports rotors weighing up to 1000 kg with a maximum rotor diameter of 1400 mm, making it ideal for balancing very large and heavy workpieces.

The machine is available with either an optional Shaft Drive Unit or a Belt Drive Unit as standard. It is powered by an 11 kW motor, ensuring powerful and accurate balancing. The balancing program operates on a licensed Windows system, allowing for easy operation and precise tolerance calculations according to ISO 1940 standards. The machine does not require re-calibration between different rotor types, making the balancing process more efficient.

Our expert team handles installation, training, and calibration, and the machine is delivered with CE certification. Additionally, an optional drill unit can be added based on specific workpiece requirements, offering greater flexibility for various balancing tasks.
